During both lunch shifts tomorrow, a representative from the State of Missouri will be here if you wish to discuss career exploration and paid internship opportunities with the State.


Chess Club will meet on the last Tuesday of the month, which is tomorrow, October 28, after school in the library until 4:00PM.  All abilities are welcome!


Silent Book Club meets in the library during the lunch periods today.  Bring a book, and enjoy a quiet, cozy place to read.


The Amazing Puzzle Race is back on Wednesday, November 19!  Sign up in the Helias Library to participate.  Jigsaw puzzles are 500 pieces, with a 2 hour time limit.  Teams can have up to 4 people; admission is $1 per person.  Snacks and refreshments will be provided. 


The Medical Club will be making cards to deliver to cancer patients this week. If you'd like to help, meet in Mrs. Steinman's room Wednesday night, Oct. 29th, from 6-7. All materials will be provided. We just need volunteers to help and come be creative!


Congratulations to the Helias Catholic Speech Team who competed in the Capital City Classic this previous weekend.  Individual Awards: 

Catie Jacobs placed 4th in Radio

Ashlyn Jennings placed 3rd in poetry and 3rd in storytelling

Fisher Jones placed 1st in Humorous Interpretation and 5th in Radio

Alli Marke placed 2nd in Humorous Interpretation and 2nd in US Extemporaneous Speaking

Molly McCracken placed 1st in Prose and 2nd in Radio

Helias took 3rd in team sweepstakes.
