Parents and guardians can access student grades, pay tuition, add money to student lunch accounts, and complete re-enrollment documentation using the FACTS Family Portal.

To log in to your Helias Catholic FACTS Family Portal account, enter HHS-MO as the District Code, then enter the username and password set at the time of enrollment. If you have not set up a FACTS Family Portal account or are unable to access your account, use the “Forgot password” or “Create a New Account” link on the login page, or send an email to Helias Catholic Director of Communications and Admissions Mrs. Rebecca Martin with any questions.

We would like to inform you that FACTS is introducing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to enhance security and better protect your account when accessing the system. These changes will take effect on Wednesday, April 8. They will not impact your current session if you are already logged in, but you will notice the updates the next time you log in.

Here’s what you need to know:

• Parents will be prompted to set up MFA and may also be required to update their username and/or password when logging in after April 8.
  • With this update, a single user account can be used across all core FACTS products.
    • For example, families will now be able to use the same credentials to access the SIS family portal and apply for financial aid.
• Students will not be prompted or required to enable MFA; however, may be asked to update username.

Updated Password Requirements:

• Password requirements have been streamlined and will no longer include an expiration date.
• Helias Catholic can no longer create or update passwords for parents; users will manage their own passwords directly.
