FACTS Family Portal

Parents and guardians can access student grades, pay tuition, add money to student lunch accounts, and complete re-enrollment documentation using the FACTS Family Portal.

As of April 8, 2026, FACTS introduced Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) when accessing the system. To log in to your Helias Catholic FACTS Family Portal account, enter HHS-MO as the District Code, then enter the username and password set at the time of enrollment. If you have not set up a FACTS Family Portal account or are unable to access your account, use the “Reset password” or “Create a New Account” link on the login page. Helias Catholic can no longer create or update passwords for parents; users will manage their own passwords directly.

If you are having problems:

• Have you cleared your browser cookies and cache?
• Have you logged out completely of your account before trying again?
• Have you tried using a computer or laptop instead of the app on your phone? Sometimes the portal doesn’t work well through the app.
