Mrs. Lacy Ralston has been a member of Helias Catholic’s staff as a school counselors since 2018. She is a 2002 graduate of Helias Catholic. Mrs. Ralston has a master’s degree in guidance counseling and educational leadership and a bachelor’s degree in elementary and special education. She attended North Iowa Area Community College, Lincoln University and the University of Notre Dame.

Mrs. Ralston is the school counselor for students whose last names begin with Ho-Ph.  She is a faculty advisor for National Honor Society.
