Mr. Alex Werner joined the Helias Catholic faculty in 2021 and is a 2016 graduate of Helias Catholic. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science nutrition and exercise physiology from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Mr. Werner teaches Strength Training and Conditioning and serves as an assistant football coach.  He is also the head Strength & Conditioning Coach/Coordinator.
