Mr. Alex Werner joined the Helias Catholic faculty in 2021. He is a 2016 graduate of Helias Catholic. Mr. Werner has a bachelor’s degree in science nutrition and exercise physiology from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Mr. Werner teaches Strength Training and Conditioning. He is an assistant football coach and is the head Strength & Conditioning Coach/Coordinator.
